About 21 km from Skiveren, you will find one of the largest shifting sand dunes in Europe, Råbjerg Mile, which moves every year, 15 m in a northeasterly direction and is definitely worth a visit. In addition, there are many other attractions, such as the studios and workshops of artists and craftsmen who live and work here in North Jutland. In Ørnereservatet near Tverstedt you can meet the largest eagle species in the world and be there when they are fed in the air. In summer, the grocery store and café at Skiveren Camping are open.
