"Great hotel, was upgraded on our room. Room was fabulous, front desk & porters are great. Was disappointed at breakfast having coffee from coffee urn to have 3-4 Tablespoons of coffee grounds in my cup for last sip. Having been at other hotels recently it was a good breakfast but not an over the top. Some staff were great, some not so much. Great location"

Saturday was super easy in the street and priceless. Subway really close. The appartement was newly painted and smelled strong but it was super clean and fabtastic views from the terrace. "We had a great stay at ibis Marseille Centre Gare Saint Charles! The hotel and its facilities were clean and well-kept. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions about our scheduled train ride. While smoking is very common in Europe, it is good to keep in mind (especially if you or your young children are sensitive to the smell) that some cigarette smoke may come through your window from the café below - we didn’t mind too much ourselves. The best feature of the hotel is that it is steps away from Gare Saint-Charles station (major train station) which is extremely convenient if you have an early-morning train ride like we did! "
