"The a/c was leaking onto this light fixture, the room was nice loved the balcony looking into the lush vegetation. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was another story, you couldn’t serve yourself (buffet style) the cereal etc side you could but not the fruits cheese or ham side. The only eggs served are scrambled. The hostess the first day was not very friendly but day 2 and 3 this younger much friendlier hostess took great care of us!! "

"Good location, peaceful if you don't have neighbors. Hotel service was good but good in the restaurant is not great and they won't do any substitutions. Breakfast buffet was very limited but for the price, you get what you pay for. Bedding was spotted in some areas and there were bugs, but you're in the Amazon. Telling this so no surprises."
