"Booked Non Smoking room with balcony. Stupid thing here is that hotel policy allows smoking on balcony. So our room is actually not non smoking as our neighbours chained smoked and thus the smoke drifts into your room and cannot enjoy the balcony you paid extra for. Complained to management but all they did was move them to the next room down. Smoke still drifts and was unpleasant and spoilt our stay.
