"Stayed at the newly opened Amari for 3 nights. Was especially impressed by the staff training and service. They were attentive and definitely at the higher end of hospitality service in Laos. Will definitely be back. Would have like to try the F&B offerings, next time…."

"We had a great stay at this Crowne Plaza. The staff was excellent! From arrival to departure, we felt taken care of. The room was huge and the bathroom had a private commode, a must for a 5-star hotel. The Elephant Lounge was great, 5-star service. The Mosaic could use some help. They only had one wine list so we had to wait until other tables were done with it, not 5-stars at all. The food was mediocre too. Overall a great stay. Thank you staff for making our stay extra special."

"Great property. Large resort. Wish there was a spray by the toilet. The pool is beautiful, plenty of sunny and shady areas to sit. Large breakfast buffet, although it was missing hot chocolate and Nutella availability. Staff if friendly. "

"I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Vientiane— it’s by far the best one I’ve stayed at! The hotel is new and very clean, the staff is quick and efficient, and room service was great. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, making for a restful stay. The gym, sauna, and steam room were a much-needed bonus. I’d definitely come back!"
