"The hotel itself is in a prime location, with beautiful views and really clean. We upgraded our room and it was spacious and very comfortable. The real highlight was amazing food, I really recommend to go for a half board. What surprised me were some employees at the reception, seemed to be confused and not very professional, a lady called Berta was truly unpleasant, I have never experienced such a behavior at the hotel reception though I am a really frequent traveller.
