"After a 150km bike ride in 35 degree heat we arrived at 6pm. The ladies at the spa pool were super rude, no towels, offered us sheets. Our second bed in the apartment wasn't made up and we had to asl for sheets and do it ourselves. "

"My room was very small, hot, no air conditioning in 38C weather,it was located right above the restaurant ‘ s terrace. I could hear every conversation, noise from downstairs. I front of my window was a tin roof,which got very hot also radiating more heat. After the staff was notified about my disappointmentment ,NOT anger, as they told me ,they were giving me the cold shoulder. When I was leaving they refused to call a taxi for me.
