"Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, the staff were warm and professional, a big factor on making this resort very endearing . This boils down to expectations . The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall. Breakfast buffet was just okay and this boils down to again the expectation and no complementary hot...

If you like to try new things maybe you should consider having lunch in the waterfall itself. Personally I think this place is overrated. For a package price of 1,200 PHP pesos you'll get buffet lunch included. Lunch is a disappointment for me and the place quickly ran out of its charm once you are there.
