"Very friendly, helpful staff. The valet parking was easy and convenient. Our room had been recently refurbished so it was in great condition. Comfy bed, plenty of storage and surface space to put all our toiletries etc. However, the bathroom disappointed slightly. Although clean, and part of a refurbished room, it had a shower over a bath. I would have preferred a walk-in shower. Just a personal preference, but I suspect it may be more popular than a bath for lots of people. Great breakfast!...

"Lovely room in the lodge, large, nice decor but some unfinished work (shower fixation loose, some painting needed) but particularly extremely noisy, the room is just in front the generator which is very noisy and all night. Some work on the window to isolate would be good."

"Lovely stay at this hotel which is conveniently situated to get around Harrogate on foot. Good parking under the hotel too. Credit to the cleaning staff who do a great job keeping rooms to a high standard! "
