"The room and view for this hotel were good, but the rest was not in the same category as other sofitel properties in latin America, the location was ok only for the angel monument, but polanco is a much better neighborhood to stay in. The staff was super nice except for the staff at the rooftop restaurant, we tried twice to go and were not able to be seated so if you want to see it book with time, hotel guests are not given any preference in seating. "

"This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk...
