All the hotel staff are very polite, welcoming, friendly, they immediately try to help with any issue, very friendly and smiling. The service was top notch. Based on their greeting, they immediately brought a cocktail, fruits and sweets before I entered my room, and when they treated me, they also gave me a very cute set 🥰 I have never seen such service in any hotel before. I would like to especially praise Hanna, the hotel employee who met me on the very first day and met me in the room. Very polite, friendly, sincere and kind 🥰 thanks to her, my first impressions of this place were like this. She was very kind and sincere in everything until the last thing she did for me ❤️ The restaurant staff Suta, Tria, Adid, Desa were also very kind and attentive. I would also like to note Kartika. "Eventhough the location was kinda far and independent, the mood of resort was so comfy and peaceful. And Every facilities like pool, morning yoga, underground bar was so nice. One of the most memorable moments was at the underground bar. Live music with good voice singer. So nice. "
