"At my arrival I did smell some fresh paint, when I told the front desk about it in friendly way, I was told there is no smell, and you’re not supposed to smell it in a sarcastic way. What a great start at the front desk. Then the guy behind the desk gave the room keys to the bellman I followed him, the room was not ready. I went for a walk for few minutes without even a word. The checkout was great, very professional and with a smile. "

We were lucky to enjoy live entertainment while having a delicious dinner by the tiled wall overlooking the ocean. Also enjoyed an included breakfast with amazing service. The bathroom needed updating and the shower above the bath hit the window instead of the bath so was difficult to use (room 311) Breakfast was the same each morning which could be monotonous after 2. "Our stay could not have been more perfect. Check-in was easy and the receptionist spoke English fluently. She helped us coordinate an early check out the next morning as well as a porter to meet us at 5 AM to bring our items to the parking area and meet our taxi. The staff is very diligent, and the property is gorgeous. We had a room that had an ocean view and we were able to listen to the waves crash throughout the night.
