"Great hotel to spend time with family although rooms in need of some attention. Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but...

"The people here were amazing! Very kind and hospitable, made going into the city very easy at any time of the day. Any requests we had they followed through and the breakfast was GREAT! Very very nice people who do their job more than well, I highly recommend !"
