They had a perfect mix of friendly and professional, especially the manager at the front desk. They didn’t clean our room throughout our stay, though, but overall a pleasant stay nonetheless."

The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch. The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely. One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny! "
