"Excellent and frequent communication pre-stay. Warmly greeted upon arrival, shown around the facility before being led to glorious Garden Courtyard room on lower floor. Very spacious room with either side of the bed having direct access to bathroom facilities, robes, ironing facilities and tea making facilities behind the bed head panel. Either side of bed had nooks for necessities, lamps with usb outlets, very convenient. A range of pillow types on offer. Gift chocolates on coffee table. Turn...
