"It was a nice hotel in a good location. Around a 5/10 minute walk to the main town street. Staff were always friendly and approachable. Was lovely and extremely quiet throughout the night. I personally found breakfast lacking but it was more suited to the Polish taste (which is understandable considering it's a Polish holiday resort)"

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...

"Very convenient location, very good breakfast, but a bit expensive, good swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi. We have stayed for 6 days, no changes of towels, bedding or hoovering, it was a little bit disappointing. Not enough parking spaces Staff very welcoming and smiling "
