"The hotel is luxurious and stylish. We booked a loft room because it was the cheapest but it was adequate and also stylish just smaller than other rooms. We took our dog he was welcome in all areas of the hotel. Beds and pillows very comfortable and despite city location the hotel was quiet for a good sleep."

"I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "
