"The room & bathroom was very dated and somewhat tired but very clean. The TV was tiny for the size of the room and the radiator a bit small. The staff were generally very helpful and the food in the restaurant very good, apart from the breakfast which was poor in quality."

"We had a one night stay at the Harbour Hotel (St Ives) as a couple in a sea view room. We had a nice stay on the whole. The Spa with swimming pool was a lovely addition that also included a jacuzzi. The settings at the Harbour Hotel was lovely inside and very clean as was the rooms. Reception and the Spa staff approachable if you needed anything at all. "Stayed here between Christmas and New Year for 2 nights. Great position next to the water, we didn't have a river view but still got to enjoy this view over breakfast and in the bar area. Our 4 year old was very happy with the games room. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff were really friendly and helpful. "

Service was good, staff very efficient, parking OK. However a couple of things let it down, the bedroom is secondary glazed, one complete pane of glass was completely missing from an outer window, no explanation given and if not repaired it could have been boarded over.
