"One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed, pretty modern. We arrived hours after the normal check in time of around 2-3pm. We rode the taxi from the train station coming from Venice, about 7 minutes, spent about $10. The man/receptionist during the night shift welcomed us, and answered our questions. He walked us to our room, separate building from the main, and explained how to get back in. We arrived hungry and he recommended a pizza place not too far, walkable. The only negatives are 1. If you have mobility issues with stairs then find somewhere else - otherwise, the almost Esher like configuration of the hotel is a lot of fun and there is an amazing view from the roof, which can only be accessed via very steep stairs."

"The property is so open and vast — looks industrial from afar but super cozy and intimate once inside. The spa is great— awesome rooftop (hopefully they are getting the spa tub fixed on the roof to work as well as the one down below!).. room balconies make the rooms romantic and spacious! The staff is super helpful, kind, laid back and this made our stay all the more enjoyable! "

"Had to wait for an hour to find parking. No elevator was working. We had to carry heavy luggage upstairs and downstairs by ourself. Average rooms. Not happy at all"

"The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel"

For coffee you need to pay for a very expensive buffet ($22) or drive to the next town. Virtually no soap in the room. Need to press the dispenser a lot to get any soap. Owner was untruthful with me about dinner. Told me the only option was a four course meal also expensive but very tasty.
