"We had a good experience overall. However, the valet parking most definitely a surprise. There was no self parking, so I was forced to pay $52 a day for valet parking. The staff was pleasant. Everything was clean. However, there was some language barriers with the housekeepers who did not speak English."

"Hotel was amply lush inside and out. Staff was great though most spoke Spanish only. Room was great though bathroom is large but badly organized with no door on the toilet area and a huge tub but a tiny shower - and no real shade on the bathroom to the bedroom. For the price (and I had the no discount or air miles price) those things should be fixed."

"Our stay at W South Beach was absolutely amazing. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and our ocean-view room was simply stunning. The staff were not only friendly but also highly professional, making our experience even more enjoyable. We loved dining at the hotel’s restaurant and relaxing at the Wet Pool Bar, where the pool staff provided exceptional service. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last—we can’t wait to return!"

"Check was confusing- property was not explained to us. Service was just okay - they were very rude about wanting people out of the pool as soon as the sun went down which does not make sense for this type of property. There was no shuttle service for the area. Not a five star property. "
