"I wanted a small breakfast but the waiter wasn't very helpful. I saw he was really nice with the regular customers of the hotel but not with me. I had to get my coffee from a machine which was not working properly.....not very good coffee but expensive breakfast"

"Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only downside is lack of amenities (bring your own shampoo!). Construction at the moment makes it awkward to get to. Otherwise it's well-situated, 5 min walk from the metro and next door to a huge supermarket. Will definitely come here again if given the chance."
