"My stay at Langham Place was really memorable. I’ll start by saying the facilities and the room itself were incredibly clean and well maintained. I stayed in a room with two double beds, super comfortable with firm mattresses. I love the old-school feature of being able to close the curtains in the room with a button. Although the hotel is excellent and the staff try really hard to help, but non of them spoke good english and relied on translation apps which does not always work corectly. You'd expect for a hotel of this calibre to be able to communicate with the staff. As if they are inly focued on local travellers not international ones."
