"It’s great ancient hotel . Probably would have been good 10 years ago. We had no additional indoor shoes , extra toiletries in the room. The touch screens to the lights weren’t working . Pretty outdated location for the price of the property . Staff was amazing ! "

"I stayed at the property recently for 3 months. While the property is getting a bit old, however, management seems to try its best in the upkeep and maintenance. Room sizes are a bit small, and ceiling lights are not sufficient, leaving corners of the room dark. Makes the room look even smaller than it is. The staff was good and friendly. Yet, there is a problem in communication. At times what they promise will be done, doesn't get done. Perhaps, a result of over promising, not understanding...

"Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived. The loud music went on till 12:30 am and we had one of the closest rooms to the wedding despite only 15% occupancy. We couldn’t sleep until it all finished which was quite late. We...
