"We thoroughly enjoyed the Lalit. The location is perfect - a short walk to Connaught Place and easy access to the metro. The room was spacious and although gowns had to be requested, they came promptly. Breakfasts were excellent. My one criticism would be that the common areas were always rather noisy with loud music. However I do recommend the hotel and would choose to stay their again "

"The service is top-notch, even among other Indian hotels. All of the staff are especially friendly and welcoming; it's that added touch that makes the stay special. Special thanks to the cleaning service, who ensured everything was in perfect order in my room every day. Especially the head cleaner for floor 3 - Munir (hope I got his name correct) he always checked in with me every morning to ensure service was up to standard."

"Flying in from Paris, with a scheduled morning meeting in the city, I appreciated very much the early morning check-in so could have a quick shower prior to my meeting. At the other hand, earlier airport pickup requested through Expedia email did not seem to have reached the hotel staff. Subsequently, hotel staff was very helpful in rectifying the situation and promptly sending out a car to pick me up."

"Felt very warm and homely atmosphere. All staff members are very courteous, warm and helpful. Special thanks to Karan, Piyush, Adarsh, Ashok, Manguram ( tea) who served us in the restaurant. We have left a ladies shawl( brown) in the lobby area kept in a paper carry bag. Please connect with us id you cam find it."
