"I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby. "

The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time.
