The room did not have an iron, which we had to ask for (but it was delivered promptly) . We were not given a non-smoking room that we had requested in advance . The gym was small for a hotel of this size, and dominated by a personal trainer. . the swimming pool was without an attendant for quite some time."

The staff was the best part of the experience. They were very responsive, prompt, and courteous. The hotel is centrally located in New Delhi (a 15-minute drive to Connaught Place), yet surrounded by greenery. It is very easy to commute to and from, with Uber and cabs available within 5-minute notice. "
