"This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great."

"Lovely hotel. Unfortunately they changed the air conditioning for heating the day we arrived which was totally unnecessary. It was incredibly hot during the night. "Worse place to stay ever. Since the moment you walk in it stinks like a public bathroom. The lobby is outdated. Please do Not trust the enhanced pictures shown there!
