We especially appreciated the excellent customer service of the following friendly staff: Antonia who made eggs was exceptional , she had memorized our favorite breakfast foods and went out of her way to offer foods to my son who had allergies. "Great location. Easy and beautiful walk to centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Room/bathroom very small but nicely furbished and decorated. Great for a short stay. Housekeeping rather inconsistent in checking coffee/tea supplies and fridge contents. Chocolates left on bed some nights, not others. Didnt eat at the hotel restaurant but it looked very nice. Swimming pool/sauna and steam area small but adequate and attractively laid out. Would recommend staying."

"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night."
