"Property amazing, hotel interior, design restaurant options fantastic. Upon checking out evening receptionist was very rude regarding city tax payment which had already been paid. Left a sour taste in my mouth tbh. "

"We stayed here both before and after a cruise. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and 5-8 minutes to the cruise terminal. La Ramblas is within walking distance as well as other locations. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff more than very accommodating. Tom was excellent and very helpful with places to eat and see. This hotel is excellent although there is a shortage of restaurants on the premise."

"The bar/restaurant is improved from when it was a Pullman Hotel (more armosphere/improved decor). Helpful and friendly bell persons/concierges. Great you can rent bikes ftom outside the door."

"In one word, our stay at this fabulous hotel was AMAZING. The hotel is in pristine condition and located in a great section of Barcelona. The service is excellent, the rooms are large, clean, modern, and offer wonderful amenities. The hotel also has excellent restaurant and bar choices. I highly recommend this property."

"By far, the excellent service from everyone really stood out! Also, very central location - close to just about everything. Bus stop right out front. Mattresses a little hard but once I mentioned it they added a mattress topper that made it perfect. Very quiet, even though it's on a busy street. Lovely rooftop bar/pool is a very hip scene."
