The server was lovely. We took their shuttle into town and that was great. Got to the market and did some shopping. Concierge super helpful also. My only comment is I did not like their pillows! "The room was so bad we did not stay. This hotel shows their top room in a photo and it is a scam as the room we were given was dark, small, with a low ceiling like a cell in a prison. No room for a desk, no jug, no tea making facility, dreadful stone steps to access, bathroom you could hardly turn around in. Decor non existent.We asked for the room in the photo provided with our booking or our money back. They offered us a room that was fairly comparable with a slightly higher ceiling! So...
