"This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The entire hotel is not heated. Staff do not speak English at all and they are rude. Food is bad. I had to check out after one hour since I was freezing in my room. I had to take the stairs to my room on the 6th floor because the two small elevators are not unoperational. Two small elevators for a large hotel is nit practical especialy when become unoperational. It is misleading to list this hotel as a hotel not alone a 5 star hotel. Listing...
