"Amazing site with lots to do."

"The hotel was very nice with harbor views. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly. Service was great. Some of the things I felt a little annoyed with included calling room service to pick up the dining cart after we were finished eating in room service and three times they never picked it up but waited 3 to 4 hours for someone to finally come. The bed was hard pressed and not comfortable. The room was definitely outdated could use a pick me up."

"What an incredible stay. From the minute you arrive, you experience the investment made to customer service. You are taken care of immediately and made to feel that you're their most important customer. There's an older service model which believes in providing service over everything else. As far as the room goes - it was a suite, top floor. Incredible view, incredible space, all finished beautifully. Enjoyed snacks and drinks at the pool. I can't speak highly enough of our anniversary...

"Classy place.. the bar was very limited in alcohol offerings. I’m a very healthy 67 year old but the fancy bathtub took a big step to get in and out of to shower. I did not take a bath. The shower controllers wall diagrams were not user understandable friendly either. There was space for a small fridge that was not there but the courtesy safe was a plus. The lighted closets were nice too. The staff was nice and cordial. I liked the available 3.5 courtesy car and drivers were nice. But would give...
