All the staff from front desk, concierge, restaurant, security and front gate were incredibly courteous and very helpful, ensuring that we were comfortable and happy. Gift from Shuhasi introduced us to a fragrance we were not familiar with. Kumud & Nilgiri incense sticks made from flowers, scent is authentic and heavenly.
