"Friendly staff in all areas of the hotel we visited, spa, front desk, restaurant, bellmen, etc! Our Spanish isn’t the best but almost everyone spoke English so we were able to communicate without feeling judged. The room itself was a little dated: view was of a parking lot ( to be expected I guess with so many other tall buildings around), shower door didn’t close all the way but we were able to overlook them because we only had an overnight stay.oh and the bed was comfortable!"

"The location is extraordinary if you wanna get away from the hustle and bustle of a big city, but at the same time it’s also an issue given that there is nothing else around it. Everything is within 10-15 minutes distance in an Uber ride. Going to the city for dinner might be an issue given the traffic and the fact that you have to cross the only available bridge to downtown. You will have the option to schedule tours from the hotel to an independent company that is unreliable and expensive. "
