My declaration does not come lightly because over the years, I have traveled to 57 different countries and 39 U.S. states…staying in some of the very best places - I’m “qualified” to say this. For example, upon my arrival, Assistant FO Manager Khuon Pisey already knew my name, had me seated with a cool drink, and took care of the entire check-in without my ever having to leave that comfortable seat. I later asked her only once to do something for me and without taking written notes, she completed my request flawlessly. She had given me her fullest attention and then made sure it was all done correctly without my having to double check. This is the kind of service you can expect here. Perfection!"

"Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh is a fabulous Hotel. Everything is just perfect. Beautiful lobby area / entrance, beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, really nice gym & pool. I even had a massage in the spa which was amazing. Great location too near the Riverside area. I highly recommend."
