"Gorgeous hotel, service was perfect. Any little problem that could have been solved was immediately fixed by staff. Public areas and rooms were immaculately clean. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen with 30 trays of hot and probably 50 cold dishes. Pool area and beach were lovely and relaxing. The one warning I would have is that the pool area is very slippery and dangerous. There are few handrails (really only one) so it’s hard to enter and exist safely. I saw several people slip. "A great stay here in Crete, if you’re planning to come here from Heraklion I suggest renting a car (around 1 hour and 30 minutes from there). The resort is stunning, all new and with attentive staff. The food offered at the buffet was great, many options and with excellent desserts. The room was modern and stunning, I loved the pool on the balcony. The beach is long and stunning with nice beach beds. Overall I loved my stay here. "

"Overall very good hotel and worth to stay there. The staff is super super polite with a nice smile everywhere, from top to bottom. The beach is nice, open to the north winds. Food is acceptable standard hotel buffet with variety of foods (although no Cretan foods or delicacies at the part of the buffer we were using). There are two sections building-wise, a renovated section and an old section. The sea-view bungalow we had this time was at the old section, 80s style, and definitely not worth...

"Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony."

"Our stay at Mythos Palace Resort was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, especially Andreas at the bar and Arystea at guest services. They ensured we were well cared for throughout our visit. The evening entertainment was fantastic, featuring acts like La Divas and Cuba Fun, along with a fun mini disco. Despite some unpredictable morning sun, the resort offered plenty of activities, including a spa, massage services, and both indoor and outdoor pools....
