Unfortunately, on the first morning, I had a reaction at the hotel breakfast. The staff sprang into action and got us transportation to the hospital. The F&B manager even came to the hospital to check on me. Luckily the reaction wasn't so severe, but the way the staff handled it was very impressive. Big thanks to Abel and the Port Muziris staff."

Breakfast was good with good variety. All restaurants and even room service closes at 10.30 pm which is a complete NO for a 5-star hotel"
