We had a smooth friendly check in although not much about hotel was explained to us so had to work it all out for ourselves. Breakfast was a decent selection and for western guests there were fresh eggs to order and nice fresh bread. "The hotel is located not far from the beach. The room was pleasant. It was sometimes a bit noisy at night, although the music usually stopped by 10pm. The breakfast was poor, not many options, but for the price, was acceptable."

"Wonderful rooms, location and staff. Great views from the sea facing balconies. Staff very efficient and attentive. Sadly WiFi was unreliable and with no phone signal , it’s easy to feel cut off. As with most VN hotels during service was slightly reduced. Captains Bar wasn’t open, Spa was shut and there was a midweek reduction in the breakfast service. This really should have been mentioned on the web site."

"Brand new hotel, beautiful contemporary decor. Room are not huge but enough. Comfortable good support mattress and crisp white sheets. Staff extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, and did I mention beautiful and handsome in áo dài and quần tây áo chemise. Because i was so busy, i regret not having a chance to enjoy the amenities. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. "
