"Excellent concierge, Melvin, who spent lots of his precious time to help us to call places to look for our mishandling by the airlines. We appreciated his patience, manner, and recommendation. Front desk, Stephan, was kind and nice. The exit level of the basement parking lacks elevator access which was difficult for moving larger luggage. "We had a wonderful stay at Les Lodges. The view of Mount Saint Victoire was stunning. The room was large and modern. The staff working at Les Lodges were fantastic! They were so friendly and kind and provided great recommendations. They also provided a shuttle service in and out of the city of Aix en Provence. The location was peaceful just outside of the city. We would love to come back again one day."

"All really good except room was not ready on arrival so had to wait over 45 mins. Room cleaning was done at the end of the day. Most other hotels seem to do a morning clean which is preferred if returning to the room during the day"
