"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"

"The property is really nice and kids love it , the food is really good the staff is really nice and helpful excellent. Just one went we stay on second day the hot water is out and they said is maintenance service. I hope in the future they can let us know if some maintenance. How ever the manager and the staff very helpful to result this problem and they move us to new room is fantastic. Thank you so much all. We will be back to stay again. Best hotel and staff ever. Looking forward to seeing...

Boiling an egg in the heat from the sulphur outlets. It was hot and smelly down in the crater. But this was a unique experience because it came without all the precautions normally put in place for tourists - that's good and bad don't you think? #crater
