"The hotel itself is in a prime location, with beautiful views and really clean. We upgraded our room and it was spacious and very comfortable. The real highlight was amazing food, I really recommend to go for a half board. What surprised me were some employees at the reception, seemed to be confused and not very professional, a lady called Berta was truly unpleasant, I have never experienced such a behavior at the hotel reception though I am a really frequent traveller. "It really is an amazing hotel, its over a large area, it was early February when we came, beautiful pools (although the largest was being refurbished at the time of our stay) not very busy. It would be difficult if anyone had walking issues, without a frame or wheelchair, plenty of wheelchair ramps though and lifts. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend."

"This hotel was pretty good. Room was clean and spacious. Outside the room looked very clean as well. We only stayed 3 nights but had a good stay. The food is typical of what spanish hotels offer, though there are 4 sessions so you cannot go hungry. Wine and beer available in there and you can eat outside. 2 bars outside the food room,but only 1 open at a time. The downside on this is the lager froths out so you only get a small glass each time.
