"Just a perfect location to take the family. Had everything from great entertainment for the kids to lovely restaurants. Staff couldnt do enough and went into every tiny detail to make sure we had a great trip. Our 1 year old had a minor accident and not only were the staff on hand to help but they sent a 'get well soon teddy bear' - its the small things that make the differences and this hotel really delivers that. "Overall I would say the hotel was okay, the pool area is good and there is a bar, pool table and other activities. However the bathroom was needing updating and not the cleanest, we were only told on the third day after asking the only way to get the room cleaned is by leaving they key at reception. The WIFI is terrible. There is also no free shuttle as the description suggests. "
