"This was our second stay at Nala. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need. We will stay here every time we come to Innsbruck. "

"Fabulous place to stay. Close to everything including public transport, shops, old town yet far away enough to be in the quiet of it. Room was great and bed super comfortable. Breakfast was a reasonable Buffett. Would recommend to anyone as would suit any traveller "

"Truly loved everything about this place. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. The beds were comfy enough and we could adjust the temperature in our room to our liking. Breakfast was included and was decent. Overall the hotel was very quiet and there’s an underground garage to park. It’s close to the castles and good restaurants. Just a note, the garage is VERY narrow. Like insanely, narrow."

"We were so impressed with the staff's helpfulness, friendliness and accommodating attitude - we actually wished we had booked a longer stay. Then there is the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel that was outstanding, plus the loads of amenities we didn't even get to sample due to our enjoying the slopes in Garmish so much. And we also revelled in the Amazing food + beer and wine. All in all, we felt like royalty staying at our winter palace :)"

"Comfortable stay near centre of Innsbruck and a short walk to the golden roof and old part of Innsbruck. Friendly and helpful staff at reception but staff in restaurant not as friendly. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and nice cooked options. Few minor issues - broken window fitment, shower gel dispenser broken. Would recommend. "

"Self check in was nice and easy and everything explained before hand. The room was really nice and clean, small but big enough. Kitchenette was a great extra with a dishwasher aswel. Shower was nice and powerful and the whole room/studio was nicely decorated. The area around the hotel was safe, quiet and convenient to get to the centre via walking around a 10min walk or via bus or tram 2min walk 5min on bus/tram. The bus is also the airport bus and takes 15mins from the apartment to the airport...

"This hotel fit our needs great-the room was very large-with 2 sofas that pulled out into beds, in addition to the king size bed. The hotel is large in size, and some areas were under construction during our stay, but it was still clean and very quiet. Some of the areas (specifically the laundry facility) could be better marked, but not sure if that was due to the construction going on. "I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "

"Loved the location of this hotel. Easy walk from train station and located in the main square so you can walk to everything. We made sure to choose a panoramic room and had a gorgeous view of the mountains. Great bar and staff very helpful. Would recommend to friends."

"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "
