"All round excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable room. We didn’t use the restaurant for our evening meal as the menu online wasn’t that helpful. One restaurant being Japanese and another Brazilian we were left wandering what the menu would be like, so opted to eat away from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, and the options were quite abundant. Views were fantastic even on a very cold snowy day."

"For a 5 star it sure is lacking a lot of the usual amenities. Didn't seem like anything was actually in the building itself, and the surfaces have seen better days. Everywhere you look there's paint chipping and carpet coming up. Pool was in the mall next door? "Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

"What a great place to stay in Edinburgh! It's in a good location and minutes walking distance from the Royal Mile. The flat was modern, clean and spacious. There's no staff onsite but they sent me the access code and instructions in advance. I like that there's also a reception area on the ground floor where we could use before or after check in/out. "
