"This is a location walkable to both the Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Front desk staff are very pleasant and professional. The rooms are comfortable, nice, and clean. I realize that this was Valentine's weekend, and the hotel may not otherwise be as busy with wedding guests and dance contestants, but the dining area and the bar area were too crowded to accommodate even the hotel guests. Also, the valet service was understaffed to handle the volume of non-hotel guests. Perhaps priority for valet...

"We had a bachelorette party and the staff went above and beyond in every possible way, especially Josh at the front desk. Our bride to be arrived after the welcome champagne had finished by a little bit so Josh brought us champagne for our group of five upon her arrival. Then he made sure we had all the champagne flutes we needed and a refrigerator for our champagne and caviar to keep celebrating in the room as we got ready for dinner. "
