"Positives first: Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, superb bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely staying here again. Negatives: we stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It can get very noisy on Saturday nights when the people start leaving from the nearby bars, clubs and restaurants. I could hear people shouting on the streets till 4AM. This was room 402. I will ask for some other room next time."

"Absolutely fantastic location!! We also stayed at The Phoenician for 3 nights (after staying at this hotel) and we wished we hadn’t left the Cugo Gran. This hotel is just perfect and boutique with incredible staff. I loved the area and felt like we could explore Malta and still come back to a beautiful and peaceful home base. We had our 6 month old baby with us and put our in-laws / grandparents in a separate room for the family vacation and eveybody LOVED it!"
