"Staff is amazing. Over the top polite and friendly. Property needs a deep clean and or refresh soon but still clean, just worn a bit showing her age. She’s a beauty though and our favorite place in Waikiki to stay. "

"Dinner at Quara was oustanding! My husband raved about the oxtail pasta and brussle sprouts. Everyone was incredible polite, cheerful, and perfectly lovely. We loved the kitchen and furo, too. Of all the Ritz-Carltons we've stayed at--Washington, DC, Maui, the old one on the Big Island, the one in Marina Del Rey, and a fabulous one in Cario, yours was the sweetest. We went to the one in Paris, but only to the bar. Hope to stay there some day, but we will be back to see you next week--sad...

"We stayed here again because of great views in clean rooms with great customer service. Also the location with a Walmart behind for souvenirs and the Ala Moana mall in front with a big beach in front of that, all walkable. Dont forget the shuttle to Waikiki. Concierge service, spa, family friendly pool thats not overwhelming for couples like us just chilling. "
