"Bettlaken war bei Anreise schmutzig. Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. "

"Great central location in Nyiregyhaza. Great restaurant with very tasty Hungarian dishes. Rooms clean and comfortable, except our rooms on the 2nd floor had somewhat low roof on one side. Staff very friendly."

"It is the second time I stay at this hotel and that is because it is dependable, generous and friendly. The hotel is located centrally in a green area within walking distance of center but also train station. It has very generous rooms, with separate closet, large beds, tea/cofee and minibar. The staff is very friendly and proactive in meeting any needs. Fast free internet. "L’albergo è collocato nel centro della città e ha parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Non possiede un ascensore. Il letto matrimoniale è posionato da un lato vicino alla parete, per cui la persona che occupa quel posto non può avere l’accesso laterale al letto. Dopo un giorno di soggiorno (dei due programmati) la camera non è stata preparata lasciandola in uno stato quasi impraticabile. La reception non era informata che con la prenotazione attraverso un noto portale era già stato eseguito il pagamento."
