"The entrance to the hotel is very impressive. The room was really good spacious and comfortable. It was a bit disappointing that in the description it said beautiful garden experience or room on the 3rd floor looked straight onto the ugly roof of the gym. I think if the roof had fake grass and some plants it would have been ok. I asked to be moved to a ground floor room that opened into the garden. "Unsurpassed - a wonderful intimate resort. The staff were friendly and kind. The inclusions stand the Resort out from other resorts. Each day at the pool we were provided with Easter, sunscreen, hydration spray. We were given treats - fruits, gelato etc every hour from 12 until 4pm then afternoon tea and entrainment. The food at the restaurants was delicious and the views were divine. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. We left feeling like we were part of a family."
