"This is the second time I have stayed at this property. The first time, the stay was excellent, but this time they blew us out of the water. We arrived early for check-in (around 10:30 am) and were informed our room was not yet ready. Without even being prompted, the lovely person at check-in invited us to have free breakfast at Nfuse. Our room was ready for us within 45 minutes of visiting the front desk. We were so impressed with the level of customer service from the moment we walked in....
